• We have moved premises! You can now find us at the following address - Unit 24 Lynx Crescent, Weston Industrial Estate, BS24 9DJ. Not sure where that is? Just head towards Screwfix, and you'll find us behind there!
• Our collection services are now much easier. Simply order over the phone, email or message us and your new appliance will be ready within minutes to collect. A new service will be implement on our online shop for this in due course.
• We are extending our office hours on a Monday & Thursday's from 5pm to 6pm.
• More choices of brands - We all love choice! That's why we're giving you more options when it comes to choosing your next appliance. We now supply brands such as Caple & Franke and more models available from other well known brands. For more information, please contact us.

With the new move, we are aiming to work much more efficiently than we have done, making more time for your enquiries and an easier process when collecting.

The way energy lables on appliances are being refo

The way energy lables on appliances are being reformed. Heres a need-to-know guide on what to expect!

Whats Happening?
From 1st March 2021, new energy ratings will come into effect on the following appliances
Refrigeration
Dishwasher
Washing Machines
Washer Dryers

Whats the change?
Currenty, energy label ratings are A+++ to D. These will now change to A to G. This is because the A+++ to A ratings are overpopulated and need streamlining.

Old to New
The conversion from the old ratings to the new won’t necessarily be a straight crossover. This is because of factors including more energy efficient components and different criteria.

Doing better for the planet
You’ll notice that the A & B categories will be empty for a while, to leave space for technological advances & new energy efficient appliances.

More energy efficient components will include invertor motors and eco washing programmes. Saving the planet and your wallet!

How will we know the difference? Two lables of course!
Products will have both the old and new energy label between 1st November 2020 and 28th February 2021. From the 1st March 2021, just the new energy label needs to be supplied.

Easy QR Codes
The new energy labels will also have a QR code so that you can easily find out more energy details of a product.
This may take some getting used to once implemented however as a nation, we are on the path to becoming even more environmentally friendly.

Delivery is FREE when you purchase any appliance from us. Our appliances will be delivered by our trusted engineer(s), carefully unloading items from our labelled up transporter van. If you have any doubts that our vehicle(s) cannot access your propety directly, please contact us immediatly after placing your order or add to your delivery notes. Do we deliver to your Postcode?

Here at Weston and Worle Appliances, we are providing all of our customer who purchase new appliances from us to have an extended warranty added to their appliances for peace of mind. Our warranties cover up to 5 years including mechanical, electrical and even accidental damage cover. Our warranties are provided by Retracare, the extended warranty arm of RETRA, the UK’s leading trade association for independent electrical retailers and servicing organisations. They have been providing protection for more than 25 years & fully underwritten.

Installation Information

Not only do we deliver, we also offer an additional service of installing and removing your old appliance. Our trusted engineer(s) can install any appliance from freestanding to integrated, to electric and gas. Our engineer(s) are gas safe registered and has over 30 years experience. All waste including packaging is safely disposed of. Please check out our installation terms and conditions here for further information & whether we deliver and install in your area.
