Piece of mind with 5 years accidental damage warranties
Here at Weston and Worle Appliances, we are providing all of our customer who purchase new appliances from us to have an extended warranty added to their appliances for peace of mind. Our warranties cover up to 5 years including mechanical, electrical and even accidental damage cover. Our warranties are provided by Retracare, the extended warranty arm of RETRA, the UK’s leading trade association for independent electrical retailers and servicing organisations. They have been providing protection for more than 25 years & fully underwritten.
Important Information In Regards To Warranty
If your product suffers mechanical or electrical failure or accidental damage outside of the manufacturers guarantee period, and Retracare customer services team are unable to resolve the problem by telephone, they will arrange for a call out/repair (under their discretion). Repairs would be carried out during normal working hours (Monday – Friday 9AM-5PM)
If an extended warranty is available on your chosen product, this will be displayed on the product page. It will be located underneath the installation option. Simply click the box and the extended warranty will be added to your order.
Policy documents will be sent to you via email (if provided) directly from Retracare as soon as we (Weston & Worle Appliances) register your warranty. This would be completed as soon as the purchase has been made, in working office hours (Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM). If you have not provided us with an email address, a copy will be sent to you in the post directly from Retracare however this process will take longer.
No. Good news for our customers that there is no charge or deposit required when making a claim. Simply call the customer services team when an issue arises with your appliance and they’ll help you as best possible.
*Charges will only be applied if there is a fault cannot be found, a fault known to you before the commencement of your warranty policy.

Yes! As long as you purchase and register your extended warranty before the standard guarantee ends. Your appliance will already have the standard manufacturers guarantee (which can be anywhere up to 2 years).
