We are now able to offer a price match promise service! We’ll price match any item we sell against the larger retailers and other retailers*. All you have to do is

- Let us know of the appliance make and model number you’re looking at
- Tell us where you spotted the price – We’ll need a web-link to double check
- Our friendly team will work their magic!
Easy peasy process! We’ll then confirm the price. You save money and you’ve purchased from a small family business – Win Win!
The Important bits
There are certain T's & C's for price match you'll need to be aware of
- Price is match is almost guaranteed with the larger retailers. It will be down to our sales team discretion for other/small retailers
- Retailers we are price matching against must be UK retailers
- If you have found a price online, we’ll need the web-link to confirm
- The price match promise is only on full retail priced items. We cannot include competitors sale priced items for price match
- Make and model number in question must be exactly the same
- The item must be available to order and be paid for on the same day (We cannot hold a price match promise for more than 24 hours/different day)
- We cannot price match against trade sites
- Price match promise is only on the sales of goods. Installation/disposal services are not included. Extended warranty is also not included in the price match promise
- Delivery is free locally. There can be no price match on this
